After Your Order Ships

When tracking information becomes available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. The carrier may need some time after the label is created before the first tracking scan appears.

Check Your Order

If you have a customer account, sign in at Your Account and open your order history to view the latest available order and fulfillment information.

Tracking Email Not Received?

Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that you are checking the same email address used at checkout. If you still cannot find your tracking information, contact us at support@magic-vitamin.com and include your order number and the email address used for the order.

Tracking Shows Delivered but You Cannot Find the Package

Please check the delivery location, household members or neighbors, and any carrier delivery notes. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and then email us with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.
