Shipping Area

We currently accept and ship orders only to valid addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99 per order. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. We do not currently offer a free-shipping threshold.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are sent for fulfillment after purchase. Delivery timing can vary based on product availability, carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, and address accuracy. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to the address used at checkout when it becomes available. A carrier's first scan may take time to appear after the shipping label is created. You can also visit our Track Your Order page or sign in to Your Account to review available order information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incomplete or incorrect address.

Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If tracking does not update or your order has not arrived, contact us with your order number. If tracking shows delivered, check the delivery location, household members or neighbors, and carrier delivery notes. We will help review the available shipment information, but carrier scans and delivery circumstances may limit the options available.
