Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, a product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, with the safety seal intact, and in resalable condition. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements, products with broken seals, and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Start a Return

Email myranistudio@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Do not send a return without authorization. We will provide the correct return instructions and address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an incorrect item was shipped, the inner safety seal is broken, the product is expired, or the product was damaged in transit, contact us promptly and within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, lot number, and expiration date. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we confirm that an item was incorrect, defective, or arrived with a compromised inner seal, we will cover the approved resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or card processing times vary. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements above.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered fulfillment or a shipping label has been created.

Final-Sale Items

Gift cards, downloadable products, and items clearly marked final sale are not returnable, except where required by law.
